provide you with an overview of the terms and
conditions associated with the solar battery
purchase agreement (the “Agreement”)
between you and Tesseract ZERO.
It is important to carefully review this
document to fully understand the details
of your agreement with us.
By entering into any Agreement with Tesseract
Energy, you agree to purchase solar-generated
electricity from Tesseract ZERO, hereafter
referred to as the “Supplier.” The Supplier will
install a solar battery and battery system
on your premises at no upfront cost to you,
as outlined in the any contract you receive
from the supplier.
The initial term of any Agreement shall be
10 years, as specified in the any contract you
receive. Upon the expiration of the initial term,
this Agreement may be extended by mutual
agreement between both parties.
Under any Agreement, the electricity generated
by the solar battery system will be charged to
you at a rate of $0.28 per kilowatt-hour (kWh).
This rate will remain fixed for the first 3 years
of the Agreement unless specified otherwise
in the attached contract terms. After the initial
3-year period, the pricing may be subject to
change, but it will always remain at a rate
approximately 25% less than the current
retailer charges.
Tesseract ZERO will handle the installation and
ongoing maintenance of the solar battery system.
Our team will work diligently to ensure that
the system is installed in a timely manner and that
any necessary repairs or maintenance
are promptly addressed.
Tesseract ZERO will control the meter to
measure the solar-generated electricity
consumed by your premises.
You will continue to be responsible for any
electricity not provided by the solar battery
system. Billing for the electricity usage will be
conducted on a regular basis (e.g., monthly)
and will reflect the net amount of electricity
consumed from the solar battery system,
charged at the agreed-upon rate.
You will receive an itemized bill for your
electricity usage, detailing the energy
consumed from the solar battery system and the
corresponding charges. Payment is due within
[Payment Term] days from the date of the
invoice. Late payments may be subject to
penalties or interest charges as outlined
in the attached contract terms.
Termination conditions are specified in any
formal contract terms. If either party wishes to
terminate any Agreement before the end of the
initial term, they must provide written notice to
the other party within the specified timeframe.
The solar battery system installed on your
premises remains the property of Tesseract
Energy throughout the Agreement term.
The Supplier will maintain adequate insurance
coverage for the system and will be responsible
for any necessary repairs or replacements due
to system failure or damage, excluding any
negligence or intentional damage on your part.
Any agreed contract terms outline the
limitations of liability for both parties,
including indemnification provisions and
exclusions of certain types of damages.
Please review these terms carefully
to understand the scope of liability
under this Agreement.
